Our Policies

  • BOOKING POLICY

    There is a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE appointment booking fee that must be sent at the time of booking and goes towards the cost of your appointment. This booking fee will secure your date and time. This booking fee can be paid through our website by simply clicking BOOK. The balance is due at the appointment before the procedure. Payments can be made in full at the time of booking, but are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you choose to completely cancel your appointment once booked, you will forfeit your processed payment. Please consider simply rescheduling.

    There is a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE in person consultation fee. This amount will be added to the cost of your appointment if you choose to book.

    RESCHEDULING

    We require a 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment. Your $100 booking fee will be transferred to your rescheduled appointment ONE TIME. If you need to change your appointment more than once, you will be required to send an additional $50 fee. If you need to cancel your appointment completely, you will forfeit the booking fee. If you have booked and paid a service in full and need to reschedule please give a minimum of 24 hour notice.

    Complimentary touch ups must be scheduled within 8 weeks of your initial session. If you need to reschedule please give a minimum of 24 hour notice. You must reschedule within the 8 week period. You will forfeit your complimentary touch up if you are a no-show, exceed the 8 week period, or if you don’t give the proper notice when rescheduling.

    LATE POLICY

    We have a 15 minute late policy. Please call, text or email us if you are going to be late. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, may result in the Forfeit of your booking fee and cancellation of your appointment.

    If you are a NO-SHOW (failure to cancel/reschedule or failure to show for a scheduled appointment), you will forfeit the full amount of your booking fee. In addition, you will not be allowed to book a subsequent appointment with MicroINK until the amount of the procedure is paid in full.

    All patients are responsible and subject to all terms expressed herein. NO exceptions will be made. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard for our policies.

    CHILDREN & GUESTS

    NO one under the age of 18 is allowed in a tattoo / permanent cosmetic studio. You will forfeit your booking fee if you come with your child. If you bring a guest, please limit to one person as seating and space is very limited.

    NO Food or Drinks. Thank you for understanding and respecting.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

    Class attendance is the student’s responsibility. If the student can not attend the scheduled class, the booking fee will be forfeited.

    DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

    A $500 non refundable booking fee is due upon signing up for our course, and remaining difference is due on the day of training prior to beginning of the course (cash or check preferred). There will be a 3% sales tax when using a debit or credit card for transactions. All seats with balances not settled will be released and booking fee retained (non-refundable).

    RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

    The booking fee will be forfeited if the student fails to show up to their course. In the event the attendee is unable to attend the course and would like to reschedule to next available course date, 1 week (NO EXCEPTIONS) notice is required, It will be necessary to go through the online booking process again. Course rescheduling fee is $100 and does not apply towards the cost of the course.

    Once students have paid for their booking fees, they must schedule their class within 30 days; otherwise, they will lose their booking fees.

    If students have paid in full for their training, they must book their sessions within 60 days; otherwise, their payment will be forfeited.

    CANCELLED OR RELOCATED CLASSES

    Revive & Rebalance reserves the right to cancel a class at its discretion. Students shall be notified and refunded 100% of their amount paid if the class is cancelled. Revive & Rebalance reserves the right to relocate a class if unforeseen circumstances force us to do so. Students will be notified as soon as the new location information is confirmed and established.

    NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICE

    
All services rendered by Revive & Rebalance are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but is not limited to, all courses, all cosmetic services performed and tattoo course kits/ supplies/ products.

    *During the class you’ll learn about color theory, needles, needle selection & needle depth, your tattoo machine, cross contamination, skin anatomy, mapping, how to do a client consultation, fill consent forms & contraindications, obtaining insurance, marketing tips, aftercare & much more. You will get to practice on fake practice skin, a high quality rubber with different eye, lips, brow & head shapes to contour that offers a very realistic feel. Lunch break will be 1 hour each day. A live demonstration will be performed during the course.

    *At the end of our training course you will receive a certificate of completion, client consent forms, supply list and where to purchase, a training manual (pdf) and a product kit with beginner supplies.
